Serving Size:  1 level scoop (5g)
5g can be taken in the morning, pre and post-workout.

When and How to Use:

When mixing Pro Elite Pure Micronised Creatine Monohydrate simply add the desired serving size into 400-500ml of ice cold water or juice and stir for approximately 10 seconds. When mixing Pro Elite Pure Creatine Monohydrate into other Pro Elite products add the desired serving size and shake well.

For persons under 75kg: Begin with 5 grams (1 level scoop) of Pro Elite Pure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate daily for 7 days. Upon completion of this 7 day period use 5 grams every second day to fully maximise Creatine transporters.

For persons over 75kg: Begin with 10 grams (2 level scoop) of Pro Elite  Pure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate daily for 7 days. Upon completion of this 7 day period use10 grams every second day to fully maximise Creatine transporters.
