High5's new 4:1 bar contains 4 parts carbohydrate and 1 part protein . The carbohydrate in the 4:1 bar contains a mix of both simple sugars and complex carbohydrate from oats. The protein in 4:1 is a combination of whey protein, soy and wheat gluten to provide a balance of amino acids and boost the glutamine content for post exercise recovery.
