Returning/Exchanging a Product

 

Products that have been opened

If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we cannot give you a refund or exchange the product unless it is faulty.

To return an item that is faulty you must contact us and inform us within 24 hours of recieving the product that it is faulty.

 

To return an item that is unopened

If an item has been unopened and you will to return the product to us we will accept the product back as long you contact us within 7 days of when you first purchased the product. We will take a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for the product to be returned to us. But will refund the rest of the money to you. We can take care of this for you right away!

If you ordered more than 2 months ago, We can not accept returns.

To return the item(s), simply send them in a carefully packed box to:

Include your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like an in store credit or an exchange. We will take care of this for you within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we received it. Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.

 

Cancelling Your Order

If your order has been shipped then it is too late to cancel your order. As we ship orders very quickly most orders may not be able to be cancelled. If the product has been shipped all you have to do is return the product unopened for a refund or exchange. The fee for shipping cannot be refunded as we have to pay the shipping company. If your order has not been shipped than we can cancel your order without any problems. Simply e-mail us at sales@ukcheapsupplements.co.uk with your order number or call us on 0203 348 8250

NOTE: We ships orders very quickly, sometimes it may take 1-2 minutes for us to ship your order that we have placed. If this does happen then you can return the product unopened for an exchange or refund minus the shipping fee.

To cancel or amend your order please contact us via email on sales@ukcheapsupplements.co.uk or call us on 0203 348 8250 and a customer service representative will deal with your request, with subject to the order not processed for despatch. A full refund will be issued via PayPal to the credit card used during purchase with NO additional fees.  Refund usually take 3-4 working days to be processed.
However if you wish to cancel an order that has been despatched, then please return the item and once we have received it a refund will be issues deducting any carriage incurred.  It is your responsibility to return the products to us and therefore we recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery.  We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

 

Products on Back Order

If a product is on backorder then you will be able to order it and when the product is available then we will ship it immediately when it comes in to us. On the majority of cases we get the product within one to two days. We aim to notify customers by phone or e-mail that the product is on back-order. We will notify you by e-mail within 24 hours to let you know the item is backordered, ship the rest of your order without delay, and then e-mail you when the backordered items ship. We will ship your backordered items the same day that they come in. If the item will be out of stock for longer than that, we will usually put a notice on the product page letting you know about the delay. You can choose to change the item or cancel it. If you would like to know the approximate date that the item will be back in, e-mail or call us and we can help you out!

If The Full Order is on Back Order

If all the products that you have ordered are on back order then they will not be shipped until the items are in stock. We aim to get back order products within one week. We will notify you by phone or E-mail with 24 hours letting you know the product is on backorder and we also will contact you to inform you when the order is being shipped.

If the product is on backorder, you can choose to exchange for an alternative product or cancel the order at any time.

 

If Half The Order is on Back Order

If part of the order is on back order we will ship the products we do have in stock immediately. We will then back order the remaining products and then ship them when they become available. If we know a back ordered item is coming into stock within 1 to 2 days we may hold the full order until everything is in stock and ship the products altogether.
You can ask for an alternative product or ask to cancel the back order product. We will charge you any shipping money when we split the order, even though it will cost us more to ship it. We believe in bringing good customer service to our customers. NOTE: We do not partial-ship foreign orders.
We will try our best to never delay your shipments! We hate backorders as much as you do and we have worked hard to eliminate them the best we can.
